March 27, 201115 yr Those who take the monday and tues off will start jamming the roads on the preceding fri /sat thankfully. Because of this outbound should be fairly spread out-the return though will be a different story I suspect.

March 31, 201115 yr Songkran is the best week to be in Bangkok. Traffic is great, even better then during New Years. TH
April 3, 201115 yr I think the most jam would happen on 10th and 18th April. IMO We found out yesterday that buses going south from CR direction have limited seating and return (BKK - CR) nil for the next few weeks. That was only SOmbat but indicates to me that the exodus ahs started! Therefore the traffic madness follows
