I am worried because i have read in the hull web site, about visa exemption rules,It says i need 20,000 in my bank and also a onward ticket within 15 days.Does this apply to me in my case?Sorry to sound daft, ive never had to do this 15 day border run before ,The stress is driving me to chang...please help..

Hull is a Consulate and has nothing to do with Immigration in Thailand. They could ask to see money on any entry and they could ask to see ticket - but they do not at the current time.
