My Friend let his 6 year Marry Visa overun, the money didnt arrive in time, now it has,and hes on a 90 Day Tourist Visa from Lao.What hoops must he jump through to get his one year back. ?.Hes not in Immoes good books, his 90 Day reporting records are not good. I have no idea what he should do

He needs a non immigrant visa entry to extend. He could have received that (but not free) from Laos. Depending where he is there is a conversion process for 2,000 baht to provide the required non immigrant entry but requires full marriage paperwork proof and may not be available at a regional office and require a trip to Bangkok. Or he can just visit Laos and get the proper visa. During the last 30 days he would then make the normal extension of stay.
