Lite Beer
FC Phuket vs PTT Rayong live on TV tonight PHUKET: FC Phuket coach Surachai Jirasirichote has expressed confidence that his team can pick up its first road win of the season at PTT Rayong tonight in a football match that will reportedly be televised live on the Internet. Coach Surachai said he thought his players stood a good chance of winning at Rayong because Phuket is well aware of the opposition's weak points. Despite sitting eighth in the 18-team bracket, Rayong have yet to win a home match, though they have recorded two wins on the road – including a 2-1 win at Suphanburi on Wednesday. FC Phuket should be well rested because their mid-week home fixture against Songkhla had to be canceled due to the flooding. However they will be without play-maker Sarach Yooyen, who is serving a penalty suspension. In yesterday’s Division 1 matches, Buriram won 3-1 at Samut Prakarn to move into a two-way tie for first place with BBCU, who could only manage a 1-1 draw at Songklha. RBAC’s winless streak runs to eight following a 1-0 home loss to Rajpracha. Tonight’s matches: PTT Rayong vs FC Phuket, 6pm Chiangmai vs Suphanburi, 6pm Bangkok United vs JW Rangsit, 6pm Bangkok FC vs Thai Honda, 4pm Air Force United vs Saraburi, 6pm Tonight’s match will be televised live over the internet on SiamTV, Channel 50. -- Phuket Gazette 2011-04-
