Anybody knows?

LaoPo

its part of the four seasons... , not sure if any have been sold...

there is also now the W where prices start at 60 million for a 2 bed to 205 for a 5 bedroom

Hmmm 90 year lease. So that is for Thai nationals only! I cannot see many buying into this.

Completion 2007 - was it completed?

lol at "90 year lease"

if any sales person told me that i would ask them to show me where in thai law it allows for a 90 year lease and i would give them as much time as they'd like because i would get up and walk away.

60 million for a 2 bedroom. that is over a million pounds. someone would need some serious cash to burn to let go of thast amount. specially with ownnership laws. though i think that if u spend over a sertain amoun then u can own out right but not sure on that 1 would have to ask a lawyer then again i woudl like to work or these rich people if they like to spend a fortune on a house which is not a fortune to them.

would like like a cup of t or5 a driver sir
