I would like to ask about transferring funds into thailand to buy a condo.

Suppose my First name ABC and Last name is XYZ.

My passport and work permit states "XYZ ABC"

My name in my overseas bank account name states "XYZ ABC"

My name in my bangkok bank account states "ABC XYZ"

My contract with the condo developer states "ABC XYZ"

Is this acceptable when it comes to transferring of ownership of the condo or should i streamline everything to be the same?

Register your name into the title deed as shown in your passport, ie fill in the Land Office documents accordingly. No need to adjust your name in bank account and sales contract.
