brodychach Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knew where to to find Chicory Root. Im looking to use it as a coffee substitute. It is quite common in the USA, where it is baked/roasted and ground/steeped just like coffee. On wikipedia I saw that it is commonly used like this in SE Asia as well though I am guessing they are probably referring to vietnam not Thailand.
