.......especially as it seems she's already done her "community service"!

Perhaps one day the police will find time and move on from the one good thing they do.....trying to enforce helmet use.....to teaching people who has right of way on a roundabout, to let people go across a zebra crossing, who can go and stop at a red light, etc etc.

Hard Times - excuse the pun, but pooer people are going to any lengths to make some money, wonder if they had one group rate, rather then 500 baht per person. The cops must busted them, because they couldn't have freebies
