I used to have a copy some time back of Office that a friend installed for me. I didn't really have issues with it except annoying messages, issues with it, it was a Pantip version, not really sure how it was cracked.

I am now using Open Office & Thunderbird, ad don't even have a copy of any office, My brother is asking for some information in Word and Excel from me. Can he read my Open Office equivalent in Office?

I have read many un-easy feeling stories of key loggers and stuff on these copies of Office form Pantip, can anyone confirm? I really don't to go down this path, but not interested in buying Office when Open Office is out there and fills my personal needs.

When you save the document, you'll have the option to save it in different formats. Just select ms doc.

Use: Save as, and just select from the query that opens. But I'll sure you can open odt. in office 2010.
