I hope that you can help me w/some info. I now live in Thailand andmy visa is expiring on the 10 of May 2011. I have a non-img class b mulitple entry. My aim is to stay and work w/a company here in Thailand. To get the visa I had only to submit an app., fee, photos and a letter from the company sponsoring me. Simple. Please help.

I also met a French man named xxx who told me he has a Student visa and has live here in Thailand for over 10 years and works and earns "commisions". He just doesn't answer my emails or phone calls. Please help!! I can't imagine that to either get an extension or get a student visa that xxx describes can be so complicated.

When did you do your last 90day border run?

Do you have a Work Permit?

What is it you want to know? Please help does not help much when you do not say what it is you want to know. Working requires a work permit and getting a new visa outside your home country may also require much more than a company letterhead.

I am so sorry if I wasn't supposed to mention anyones name . The French man goes to school here and is a real student so nothing illegal about that.

I would like to know only if I can get my one year classB non-im visa extended at the arunyapratet border and how much it will cost.

What kind of documents are needed and any other info that anyone who really knows and has had experience doing this ....

I have nothing to hide from the Immigration I am calling them tomorrow to find out clearly what to do.

If you have a multi entry and it is valid you just walk over the border and walk back in again.

If you require a complete new Visa then you cannot get at the border you need to go to a Consulate or Embassy. If you work here and have a valid WP then why not extend at Immigration with the correct documents from your employer.
