Everytime I turn on computer it shows " C:PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~1.DLL"

What's wrong with my computer?

Today, I got download screensaver named" RAIN DROP" or something( which is 3D one) and was middle of installing it

I don't know what went wrong, there suddenly this " C:PRO...." turned up. and it seems like it's gonna be there for GOOD.

Please HELP.

It actually says" C:PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~1.DLL"

"The specified module could not be found."
