Believe most Thai banks have a branch there. I have used both Bangkok Bank and SCB and there are at least a half dozen others.

And from reports at least the major banks will issue letters.

Have seen reports of it being done. I do not use bank letter so have no personal experience but from the reports it is like going to Hqs in Bangkok where they will issue for any account. It is really a rather large shopping center type office and expect such documents will be a major part of there operation.

I use Kasikorn bank downstairs from Irritation (sorry...I mean Immigration!!) and they give a letter on the day for B100
