I am about to move house this Saturday and believe that I need to inform labour/immigration of my new address.

Immigration seems to require the TM28 which I have downloaded.

I am struggling to find any information though as to the exact form needed to update the work permit.

One post I found had a link that no longer works and nowhere seems to reference the form number.

The form section on the DOE site (http://wp.doe.go.th/en/downloadform) has the WP7 for changing the company address but nothing on for the home address.

I have read that I can easily fill in the form at immigration but would prefer to get it filled in beforehand since I know someone going soon who could save me a trip.

Anyone know?

Call the labour office, but I don't think it is necesarry to notify the labour office of a change of residence.

Form is also available for download - doesn't have a number per se.
