A neighbour has said he will build a house (one level) which will partially block our view. He says he was granted permission to do this over 20 years ago. Does anyone know whether there is a time limit on planning permission in Bangkok? What is more, the house will be built on stilts in the river and I am wondering about the legality of this and ownership rights concerning the river. Access will be via the condominium block in which he currently lives in the centre of the city and he is of the opinion that it is not really necessary to consult with the other co-owners. Any thoughts?
