The second entry on my tourist visa has to be done before June 15.

The fact is that I have to be in Bali between June 10 to 20, and I cannot change my travel plans because it's a wedding!

So my question is: what is the best and easiest way to keep that last entry alive?

Will a re-entry permit suffix without living the country? Or should I live Thailand before my Bali trip and then apply for a a re-entry permit?

You either obtain a new visa or you exit/return before June 15. If you get a new 60 day stay you can keep that stay alive with a re-entry permit prior to Bali travel. A re-entry permit does not extend anything - it only keeps your current permitted to stay stamp time.
