Songthaew To Npis?

Featured Replies

I don't live in Chiang Mai yet and am not familiar with songtheaw routes, so I'm hoping someone one this forum has some local knowledge.

Specifically, is there a songthaew route (ie. one of the fixed routes) that goes from the central area north and past Nakorn Payap International School (NPIS)? Or if there are any other public transport options?

Thanks to anyone that can answer.

If you mean the one on Hwy 1001 going to Mae Jo, yes. Don't know where it starts, but shouldn't be hard to find out. Could just flag it down on its way south and see where it goes.

Perhaps the administration at the school could suggest transportation options.

I have seen several Songtaews come in to drop off / pick up students for quite a few years. Maybe you could hook up with one of them.
