How old is Thonglor Tower?

Only looking from the outside, but it looks pretty old and like it has seen better days. Possibly the lowest grade place on Thonglor? Would have guessed it probably wouldn't be worth more than 30K per sq.m. Good location/very nice area though (having said that the actual soi Thonglor Tower on doesn't seem too pleasant).

Yeah its not the nicest looking building but as you know Location is everything

Good guess on the price He is asking 35k a s.m. I think its worh 28-30 s.m.

If the actual place is OK and well-enough run is it worth having a place in a good area? Might be, but depends. 30K is cheap nowadays.

I'm in thonglor tower now, and its definatly not the worst place on thonglor by a long shot! I know the outside doesnt look too good but the pool is ok, overlooking bangkok and there is a conference room you can rent and a gym. AND lots of parking, which I dont use but is essential for some.

I used to live there... my friends bought a plca in bld. A

paid for a double unit 2mil +

Inside it's a ok place , but it's pretty loud at times , because there are lots of fairs and sales ( THAI STYLE ) go on that soi.

So if you don't mind listening to Thai karaoke and MCs behind your window, but as loud as they are in your room than it's ok .
