we, myself and Thai partner, are looking to finance a business with the property as security for the loan. Property value around 15 million baht.

Does anyone have recent experience in getting Bank finance . Which banks are competitive, best to deal with ?

It seems from the pres that the banks may be competitive at the moment???

I am looking for advice from people that actualy have recent experience with this. I dont need any advice on whether or not I should be doing it, thanks all the same.
