I/m trying to get booked for next March BKK-Singapore.............got as far as the screen requesting guest details and have entered my phone number when i try to continue to the next screen its coming up with a "pop-up" stating my phone number is missing and i can't proceed without it.

Can somebody try to enter a similar journey and see if they can beyond this point.............(have entered number correctly).

Want to get booked today as flight is only 2900baht return all in.

thaiflyer, Try it with no gaps in the phone no.

eg. 66 038696969 doesnt work

This is with the Malaysian version in english.

Cheers Cobber got it sorted...........i was entering without spaces but for some reason it wont accept 006638.......... only 6638............ even though it says decimals from 0-9....

Nevermind sorted now.

I had similar problems, the problem is Air Asia does not book online more than 1 month in advance...you can phone the office 0 2515 9999...Bon Voyage

Must of changed now.............ive managed to get booked for next March online.

I've never had a problem booking with AirAsia months and months in advance. The only limit with AirAsia that I am aware of is if a booking period is not yet available. For example, Thai AirAsia currently has fights available 'til the end of next March. Anything beyond that point, you have to wait for the Summer 2006 booking period to open.
