Can anyone explain why my 3BB download time is 7283kbps yet it is taking 6 - 8 hours to download a movie (1.2gigs) from USA Itunes. Any solutions??

Uh, no.

A 1.2GB file should take about 2 hours, if downloading at constant 200KB/s.
