Duindam Posted July 5, 2011 Share Posted July 5, 2011 Munich. The patented VR6 engine – the heart and soul of the new Horex VR6 Roadster – is unique in the motorcycle world. For the series production of the VR6 power plants, Horex recently signed a comprehensive agreement with Weber Motor, a well-known engine specialist based in Markdorf, Germany. Starting at the end of 2011, the new Horex engines will be manufactured as part of a joint production arrangement. Along with final assembly of the VR6 motorcycle at the Horex plant in Augsburg, the bike engines will be made in Germany.
