The words "Khao Lak" don't appear anywhere, only Khao LUk Nat Park.

Yes, OR missing a "layer" or patch. It's the 2005-2006 version.

All "layers" are ticked "on".

It is set at 1:50,000 scale.

Hi. My girlfriend and I spent the summer working with the Tsunami Volunteer Center in Khao Lak. She spent most of her time with the housing construction project in Tap Tawaan and I spent my time at the Cape Pakarang Boat Shed. We have a lot of pictures of the area. Here are some of the happy ones:

Thanks for the wonderful map here! Khao Lak is an amazing place, but unfortunately, much of it is in shambles. It will take many years for the people of the area to clean everything up and begin to bring a sense of normalcy back to the place.

I stay in Khao Lak for some days during the memorial days. You are able to meet me at my Info Point.

Position: At the Police Boat or at the Bang Niang Market

Date: December 24th to 26th

Time: 11:00 Am to 5:00 PM.
