MamaSan
A Thai was employed by a US (quasi-registered Thai) company. He has been paid with only promises (for future payment) for the past 3 months or so. If he resigns, is he entitled to keep company equipment equivalent to the amount he is owed? Been through the Civil and Commercial codes but can't find a darn thing that addresses this particular issue. Can anyone clarify?
