dumbnewbie Posted July 8, 2011 Share Posted July 8, 2011 My understanding is that Hong Kong permanent residents can travel anywhere anytime in China without applying for a visa. Is this correct? If it is correct, is that only for Hong Kong permanent residents who are also Chinese citizens (i.e., the vast majority of Hong Kong people), or does it also apply to foreigners (Westerners, etc.) who obtain permanent residence in Hong Kong?
