Amateur video captures electrical fire

PATTAYA: -- Telephone, Internet, Cable TV and electrical power was disrupted on Tuesday morning when an electrical fire started at the top of a concrete pole outside a 7:11 convenience store on Wat Boonsamphan 9 in central Pattaya. An amateur video was shot of the fire by a 42-year-old shop owner who told journalists later that two men with a wooden ladder had been doing some work on the wires attached to the pole when a spark led to the start of the fire.
