Suspected Copper Thief caught by Pattaya Police

PATTAYA: -- Pattaya Police arrested a suspected copper thief on Tuesday afternoon at an empty apartment complex on the Sukhumvit Road in North Pattaya. The owner of the complex is Khun Subiya aged 50. She still lives there and was watching television when it suddenly went off, along with the lights. She went to investigate and spotted a man inside one of the empty apartments
