I recently bought a condo that was less than the $50,000 required to get a FET, so I don't have one. What I do have though, is a confirmation letter/credit note from Kasikorn Bank showing the amount transferred, my name, date, etc.. If I were to ever sell and wish to transfer the money out of Thailand, would this suffice? Thank you.

Yes it should be enough, along with the recipt from the land office for the tax paid.
