Microwave Fudge Recipe

Hey guys imma newbie who is crazy about microwave foods...Wanna make more pals here,plz be nice~:D

Below is a microwave recipe that i wanna share with y'all! delicious n simple,hope u enjoy it~

2 cups granulated sugar

2 cups firmly packed brown sugar

3/4 cup butter

1 cup canned evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips and/or 1/2 cup

peanut butter and/or 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice

Mix first 5 ingredients together in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes. Remove from microwave and quickly, while hot, beat in vanilla extract and flour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and quickly before the mixture cools. Pour into a well greased pan. Refrigerate.

This would make enough fudge to feed how many 100?  I might give it a go but 8 cups of stuff that's a lot of fudge.

Wow I mic the odd popcorn and reheat a dish or two but you seem to be Mic Crazy. Try this experiment, microwave some water till it boils. Take it out and let it cool to room temp. Pour it over a house plant. Wait a day or two. Report back if plant still alive. ;)
