At work not problem at all?

Are you using a Windows based PC? If so, then just add that URL to your HOST file %windir%\system32\drivers\etc folder (Hosts file has no extyension but you can load it into Notepad as it is text). A good one to use is here http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.txt (Public domain) - it is a text file that will open in your browser most likely, so just copy and paste into the Hosts file, then at the bottom, add:

127.0.0.1 w3.mict.go.th

and save. Then it will niot g via that website - note this is not to allow you to visit illegal sites (they may be blocked by your ISP anyway), but to stop the xtra hop and slow down the connection and cause so many DNS failures (Page not found etc) - due to time outs on thyat slow Thai hop.

If you are using Apple or a phone, then som eone may come along and tell "how to" for that also.
