As far as I can see that wasn't the objection raised.

However I would see it more as a moral dilemma than a political one.

I think though that you would be hard put to remove everything you deem to be "political" from a site as everything bboils down to politics to some degree, whether it be the food you eat the house you live in or the way you treat day to day life in Thailand?

Perhaps you missed the part about not starting political threads in the general forum?
