Police General Somkid, completely off his box on a mixture of PCP, Ketamine and crack cocaine, entered the mall armed with an assault rifle and commenced to shoot shoppers indiscriminately, pausing only to reload his weapon. Upon his apprehension he explained that his wide screen TV had broken and staff at the shop had refused to replace it due to the fact that the warranty was 2 years out of date and the fact that he hadn't even bought it from that particular shop.A police spokesman said " This behavior is completely unacceptable and we are going to ensure that Police General Somkid will be punishes to the full extent of the law so people don't lose their faith in the integrity of the police. After lengthy deliberation we have decided to downgrade Police General Somkid's official chauffeur driven car from a BMW 760li to a 750li for the space of 2 days and only allow him to drink Johnny Walker Red label instead of Black for a time not exceeding a week." Police General Somkid has already reported the matter to the Police Ombudsman as a " Gross violation of his human rights." And the most I have to worry about is once in a while paying some some money to the muppets in brown. They should put it in the TAT promotions "come to Thailand do whatever you want!"
