can someone tell me,how high are the credit card fees how many% on my scb debit master card?

when i buy something in the eu in a store,how many % the charge?

here inside eu with german visa i pay 1,75% of the total amount,is it in thailand the same,or have lower rates on every bank diffrent?

currencly i cannot use the card online,same on the kasikorn bank where i have also acount!

when i fly back to thailand i want sign up on bangok bank,that i can use the card online,what bank have the lowest usage fees outside thailand and how high the atm charge?

this year i open acouznt in sukomvit roard on k excelence kasikorn,the man in the bank told me the send me the pasword and log in by email,but i never receive this papers,how i can sign up for inernet banking on kasikorn bank?

i try cal hotline but is always busy,did the realy send all the sensible data by email?
