NO,.....Chuwit is guilty. This is a politically motivated act by the Government (police), otherwise every massage parlor, A-go-go bar, etc.. would be closed down already! Most, if not all, have police "connections".

Its not the Government acting here its a civil case with evidence. This fellow lives by the sword as well. Didn't he recently have some good video evidence of the Police?
