p_brownstone
Yes Google is wrong! I would suggest : ที่จอดรถสำหรับผู้พิการเท่านั้น which basically translates as "parking (space) for Handicaped persons only" Not sure if many Thais would take much notice though! Certainly not, but the situation over the last few weeks is that one car parked there for 5 or 6 days, the car owner is blind but has a Thai driver (he is perfectly able to walk with assistance) The past week a car has parked there because the drivers husband recently had a heart attack and the wife doesn't want him to walk too far Yet other disabled residents who are picked up / dropped off by friends have to walk halfway across the car-park

AjarnPasa
I guess you could but it might look a little disjointed e.g. an english equivalent might look something like Pick up and drop off point No parking if you get what I mean. Best thing to do would be to print it both ways and ask the condo manager to say which he thinks is most clear.

Thank you for your help again I'll just turn the sign the other way and use your original text John
