Before they went to election this idea should have been thrown in the 'stupid policy' waste basket and never thought of again. So either you are saying this government is stupid enough to think these ideas are good ideas, before the civil service turn around and tell them it isn't. or... My golf-clap was an outburst of relief and mock of having the flown the idea from the start, not a real congratulation to the government, but I was being very passive aggressive about it.
