This idea never passed the common sense test, and should have never been proposed. Before they went to election this idea should have been thrown in the 'stupid policy' waste basket and never thought of again.

My golf-clap was an outburst of relief and mock of having the flown the idea from the start, not a real congratulation to the government, but I was being very passive aggressive about it.
