I've got a few days spare.Can anyone recommend somewhere to visit in Thailand at present that is accessible by road and not flooded

Why not go to Koh Samet Island and chill. 2 hours by car from BKK

Prachuap is one of my favourites - all reports though say rain rain t=rain - Hua Hin gives me the creeps.

I really would like somewhere more interesting sitting in a bungalow watching the rain fall on a beach is not my idea of a few days out.

I'd like something either more active or cultural
