Whole Wheat Pizza

Butter is Better is now offering Whole Wheat Pizza by the Slice. It's a thin crust pizza with topping like you'd find in New York.

We've got regular, which is standard cheese and tomato. Then there's pepperoni which is the same except with... wait for it ...pepperoni. Regular goes for 35 baht per slice. Pepperoni 50 baht per slice

The pizzas are about 13 inches in diameter and we get 6 slices from each. Which means on the average you get about 22 square inches of pizza. Bring your calipers if you have any doubts

It tastes so good, you might not even notice that the crust is whole wheat. 100% whole wheat.

The recipe for the crust is the product of years of research. Not our research, though. We stole it.
