edwinchester
Wait and see is the best advice. Earlier today I spoke with a couple of friends who were stuck in traffic for hours yesterday due to flooding there. Hopefully the situation will be improved alot by the end of the month. Thanyaburi Mac
Go, go. I was asked the Q lots of years back when I was working in Khartoum, "What's the best time of year to visit Thailand?" My reply was, "Well, how about anytime between April and March, some times are just better, or not, than others, but sure better than HERE!" allane
If I ever had occasion to talk to someone in Khartoum, I would have said exactly the same thing.
w11guy
I live in central Bangkok and there is no flooding. Also, the water level in the river has dropped. So everything will be ok at the end of the month.

Their own website classes the 28th October as a crucial peak point of the river. disaster.go.th
