Looking For A Serviced Apartment In Central Pattaya

Featured Replies

I'm coming to Pattaya next Wednesday (Oct 26th) and plan to stay for a few months.

I'm looking for a nice serviced apartment somewhere convenient (Beach Rd. or 2nd Rd. area).

I can pay around THB 25,000/ month, I don't need a swimming pool but I definitely need a decent internet connection and a fridge (small kitchen corner would be nice)...

Is it possible to find some quiet place with this budget now that the high season is comming..?

Thank you in advance for your help!

I think it's the serviced part that will be hard. Without service you could easily get something in View Talay 6 or Markland. How much servicing do you need? :o

Do you want a sea view? How about somewhere behind 2nd Rd? Diana Estates is nice enough, and ticks all your other boxes, but they may be fully booked.

Monaco Residence? It's behind the Siam Bayshore. Don't know what is included.

Soi DB has a bit more info and a couple of pics. Pictured behind is the Nova Platinum Hotel. You enter the soi from that end.

Thank you, guys. I'll actually stay first 4 days in a hotel so I'll have enough time to go see some places in person.

Mosaik is decent. Has everything you are asking about including good internet. I have no complaints from when I was there.
