Rimmer Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 Body of newborn baby found at rubbish dump east of Pattaya PATTAYA:-- The body of a newborn child was discovered at a rubbish dump in the Eastern outskirts of Pattaya on Thursday morning. Police were called to the waste disposal center in Kow Mai Geow after workers at the site spotted the body in a black plastic bag. An inspection of the body revealed head and upper-body injuries, however Police cannot be sure if the injuries were sustained before or after death occurred.
