60 Day Tourist Visa From Thai Embassy Singapore

Featured Replies

Hi. I am a US citizen currently in Phuket. I want apply for a 60 day tourist visa in Singapore. Can I get this visa within a few hours at the embassy, or do I have to wait a day or two? I am on a strict timeline. Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance

Without stating the obvious, all the information is on: www.thaiembassy.sg/consular-visa-matters. Visitor visas are also available from Penang, Kota Bharu, and Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia.

You might have to show the obvious, your URL does not state how long for the tourist visa to be processed, it does however mention 5 to 10 working days for a "Visa". From past experience though I dropped my passport off on a Monday morning and picked it up after 2.00pm the following day.

Apply in the morning and pick up next day afternoon.

Thank you spoonman and Lite Beer, that's the input I was looking for. The web site is unclear, stating between 2-10 days for a visa. And, not to make any plans for an exit until you have it.
