hi just a quick question, if i want to apply for a 6 month tourist visa again after first one has run out and im still in Thailand, where can this be done ? on a cambodia visa run or do i have to fly somewhere further,Thanks.

It will greatly depend on previous visa history in your passport and when you do it and the karma of the day. Crystal ball even a week or two in advance seems to be a gamble currently. As of now do not believe any would be available in Cambodia but that could change by the end of the week.
