The mistake you are making is conflating "migrant" with "illegal immigrant". The data for legal and illegal needs to be separated in order to be useful. I don't think anybody wants immigration to stop. But there is a discussion on who, how, and how many. Granting status and letting people free to roam the country, or giving away bus/plane tickets, is absolute idiocy. -

Getting a credit card
I have never in my life had a credit card and shopping online goes fine with my debit card. However I read somewhere that shopping with a credit card would give you airmiles? So I'm with Kasikorn. Would it be a good idea to have a secured CC and with that pay my daily/monthly shopping and collect miles? -

Why Men Are Rejecting Marriage
Personally I find modern women to be too promiscuous to marry. Why would you want to marry someone who had sex with others and is cum stained? I nearly married a slut but luckily came to my senses. I think she took advantage of me during Covid. Now I am just reverting back to when I was younger and just do as many as I can. If I found a virgin I probably would marry her if I got along with her. I know a few exes of mine married and now divorced. I got to use her the same way and didn’t have to give her half my stuff when it was over. -

Your Two Months Rental Deposit
I only rented 3 apartments in Bangkok, got my deposit back. My wife and I have had our house for 27 years and its well paid for. We have 18 units of apartments as well. 1-10 tenants who move out will have not cleaned well enough and be charged for cleaning. Decent people keep their apartment in good shaped, seems others dont. Check you tenants well before renting to them. -

Guys, do you cheat on your Thai wife/girlfriend?
Descovy was only approved for use for PrEP since late 2019 in the USA and it's only been available in Thailand since 2023. So it's something that wasn't available yet when you started taking Truvada 5 years ago and it's considered the newer and safer drug now for PrEP. A list of drugs and prices offered by the Thai Red Cross can be seen on the following link: https://th.trcarc.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/ARV-price-list-update-20-Apr-2023.pdf As I mentioned, Descovy is available at the Thai Red Cross on the above link for ฿1,650 for a 30 day supply, so it costs ฿55 per tablet. That is also a generic I believe, and there is only that one generic option in Thailand. Truvada, which has multiple generic options in Thailand, can be gotten for less than 1/3 the price as you already know. But given the fact that Descovy is much safer for the kidneys, I would opt for Descovy over Truvada, even with the higher cost. The injection is available in Thailand, but not sure where it can be gotten. I would opt for the injection though too because there is much lower risk of kidney damage from an injection than from any pill form and it's also supposed to be more effective than all the pill forms of PrEP. Your creatinine levels can indeed shoot up high if your kidneys become compromised and damaged from long term use of Truvada. If that happens, there is nothing you can do to reverse the damage I believe. That's why I would opt for Descovy if you can afford it. -
