Any body knows from what time The consular service section of the Thai embassy in Phnom Penh opens in the morning? I want to apply for a visa and want to get there as early as possible

I would call them first. There have been some major changes regarding their visas.

Visa Applications: 8:30 am to 11:00 am

Visa Collection: 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Note: Tourist Visas now $40 (as of November 2011)

They want to see and airline ticket also.
