Chinese Buffets That Have Good Vegetarian Dishes?

Featured Replies

Hey guys.

Anyone know of any decent Chinese buffets in Chiang Mai that have a fair selection of vegetarian-friendly dishes? I'm specifically looking for Chinese buffets, not Thai or generic buffets.

Cooked vegetables, tofu, rice and noodle-based stuff sans meat, etc.

Any suggestions?

Bonus points if you can show me the location on google maps or give detailed directions.

Thanks

I am not sure if you would call it a buffet, but if you go about a block past the Shangri la Hotel on Chang Klan road, there is what looks like an old department store on the left hand side and the small soi directly after it has a red and yellow vegetarian restaurant sign.

It you go down it a short ways there is a veggie Chinese restaurant that probably has about 10 or 12 dishes that are served buffet style and very inexpensive - you pay by the weight of the food

I also recommend this place but be sure to get there before about 1pm as the selection dwindles to leftovers not long after that.. 2pm at the latest
