A Drunk Shows Off Souped Up Cefiro 3 People Injured in Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- A drunk Cefiro driver displays the power of his modified car. Loses control, collides into multiple parked vehicles. Two women and the intoxicated driver severely injured.

Pattaya, November 14, 2011 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Phumpat Narmputthar, Pattaya police station was notified about an accident involving a sedan crashing into parked motorbikes and pick ups injuring several persons. This gruesome accident occurred at Moom Aroi restaurant Third Pattaya Road.

At the scene of the accident the police found two severely injured young women, two men, one of them man with minor injuries.

The Sawangboribul rescue team provided first aid and sent the injured to Banglamung hospital. Nearby, the police discovered a Nissan Cefiro decorated with speed stripes. Number plate: KOR ROR-9757. The front of the vehicle was heavily damaged after colliding with a Toyota van, license number HOR CHOR-4928 Bangkok plus other vehicles, pickup trucks and two motorbikes which were severely damaged.

Upon Investigation the police found that the driver of the Nissan Cefiro, causing the accident was Mr. Pongsak Sathukij age 33, address 108 Moo 2 Tambon Borploy, Trad province.

Mr. Pongsak and his friend drove at high speed from the traffic lights near Big C department where he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into several vehicles.

Mr. Pongsak, the driver of the Cefiro causing the accident, who was severely injured will be interrogated and prosecuted after recovering from his injuries at the hospital.
