Multi Reentry Permit Use By Period..

i.e. have Extension of Stay (O Visa / Work Permit)which ends April 2010 and will be extended for further 1 year at that time.

If I get a Multi ReEntry Permit now, does it extend to the end of my present Extension of Stay or continue on?

You have, I hope, made a typing error or you are more than a year overstay at this point. Did you mean April 1012? A re-entry permit is keyed to your current permitted to stay date - it does not add anything - it only allows you to leave/return before that date and get the same date stamped on return.
