That Time Of Year (Part 2)

Featured Replies

well the old mans booked his flight , decided i would drive with the family to bangkok and meet him there.

so the plan is to take a week or so coming back staying a few days in a few places along the way ,

its christmas and boxing day in and around sukhumvit , then off to kanchanaburi for a couple of nights , then down to cha-am / huahin for new year .

thats where im stuck , normally would just drive to phuket from there but would like another stop off along the way for a couple of nights ( preferably around three hours or so south from huahin ) im thinking chumpon? but don't know anywhere that would be nice

from where ever that may be off to krabi for a night or two then on to phuket

so my question is , where is a good place to stay around three hours south of huahin , ?

cheers

Bang Saphan and Bang Saphan Noi are nice places to explore. As is Ban Kruit. Quite a few interesting hotels along the coast down there. These areas are a bit quite though...

Thanks ,

164 views , looking like straight to Krabi then

Rather than all the way to Krabi, How about Khao Sak NP. Cliff and River Resort on the road to TaKua Pa?
