Transsexual suspected of shoplifting from South Pattaya Convenience Store

PATTAYA: -- A transsexual was accused of stealing items from a convenience store in South Pattaya early on Thursday Morning and was subsequently arrested by Pattaya Police. Workers at a Family Mart Store located close to the Tuk Com IT Center in South Pattaya alerted Police to a suspected thief who had been detained. Police arrived and arrested Khun Waraporn aged 21 who is suspected of shoplifting on a number of occasions. He was caught with six Hershey Chocolate Bars, two bags of M&M’s, one moisturizing cream and a small perfume, with a combined value of 500 Baht. The shop assistants described how the suspect turned his back to the security cameras in an attempt to conceal the alleged theft, however a previous theft was caught on security cameras and was submitted into evidence.
